Enable Notifications
Turn on notifications and assign recipients so your team is alerted when your AI receptionist interacts with patients and action is needed.
Important
Notifications will not be sent unless at least one recipient is added.
2. Choose Notification Channels
Toggle on the notification types you want to enable. You must enable at least one channel for alerts to be sent.
- SMS Notifications – Receive text alerts when action is needed
- Email Notifications – Receive email alerts when action is needed
3. Manage Recipients
In the Notification Recipients section, click Manage Recipients.
4. Add Recipients
Add one or more recipients for each channel. You can add multiple recipients to ensure coverage.
Email Recipients
Enter the email addresses that should receive alerts.
Phone Recipients
Enter the phone numbers that should receive SMS alerts.
5. Save Changes
Click Save Changes to apply your settings.
Notifications will begin sending immediately once:
- A notification channel is enabled and
- At least one recipient is added
